Packers Sign David Bakhtiari To Extension Worth Up To $51.67M

The Green Bay Packers have signed left tackle David Bakhtiari to a four-year contract extension worth as much as $51.67 million.

The deal averages $12 million per season, which puts Bakhtiari among the five-highest paid offensive lineman.

Green Bay selected him in the fourth round of the 2013 draft and started him immediately.

The Los Angeles Rams and Michael Brockers have agreed to the framework of a three-year extension through 2019, according to a source.

The deal, which hasn't been finalized or announced, was first reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Brockers was set to become a free agent after the season and had a base salary of just over $6 million for 2016.

The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a three-year contract extension with Max Unger.

Unger was one of the pieces the Saints received from the Seattle Seahawks in the Jimmy Graham trade.

The extension is worth more than $21 million, according to a source.
